Pimp my wine rack

I saw this on Pier 1's website this morning.. interesting. This makes my creative juices start to flow. Now I am wondering if I should add a little "flare" to my wine rack?? Maybe decoupage it with a cool fabric, paint a pattern on it?? hmmm.. Thoughts?
