The hubby picked up steaks to grill tonight for dinner (it's freakin 80 today) and I told him not to worry about side dishes, I would handle it. This is the perfect side dish with steak! Parmesan-Coated Sweet Potato Fries. Luckily, I have all ingredients on hand. Yum. Can't wait!UPDATE: OH MY GOD!!!!!!!! They were delish!! I highly recommend.
