I was debating whether I wanted to cook on Sunday, since we will be out of the house for more than half the day. I'm pretty sure we will be home early enough on Sunday to enjoy dinner. Plus the thought of coming home to an already cooked meal gets me excited - in a nonsexual way. I'm not a perv people. So I decided to do Creole Black Beans 'n' Sausage.UPDATE: it was another hit!!!
