So, I got on the scale this morning and it seems I lost 3 pounds?? I also noticed that my wedding rings are loose and I don't feel as bloated anymore. WTH? All this from cutting back my carbs? Could the doctor actually be right?? Wow.I decided to make my weekly shopping list, so I did a search on "Low carb shopping list" and voila, I have it all ready for my weekly shopping trip. I thought I would also share the low carb food pyramid.. just cause i think its cool.
Side note: I am NOT doing Atkins.. just trying to get more whole grains, veggies and fruits in me. Replacing all the "junk"!
