This gorgeous O "Margaret" bracelet gives back to the women who make them, so its a win win situation. The bracelets 1st appearing in O magazine in 2007. Macy's partnered up with Shop for a Better World, and trained 250 jewelry makers in Rwanda, Zambia and Kenya. The women earn up to 12 times the average daily wage, allowing them to put food on their tables and send their children to school. 10 percent of the proceeds got to Hope Shines, a mentoring program for orphaned girls.
