Just had to share
Last night's dinner came out so good I just had to share it with you. The family loved this dish and it was super easy. Potato and Chorizo Tortilla (recipe by Tyler Florence) with a glass of Little Penguin Shiraz and a huge salad. Not my favorite Shiraz, but it was pretty good. Cheap too. I think it was $7 for the bottle. Can't beat that!

Looks so yummy. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE beets! Is the potato chorizo recipe from one of his cookbooks or from the 'net? I would love to make it.
