I've had this book for a few months now, but with every thing that's been going on with my life (I'm a busy girl) I haven't had a chance to really read it, cover to cover. I'm still not completely DONE the whole book, but I've read enough to HIGHLY suggest this book for anyone trying to eat healthy and make smarty food choices. The book has everything from spicy chicken sandwiches & onion rings to eggs benedict, burgers and even frozen cocktails (yum)! Is also has lots of suggestions on making good decisions when ordering at your favorite restaurants. This will def come in handy tomorrow night when me and the girls go out for Mexican!
