My husband is going to kill me when he reads this.. oh well. He is a gadget junkie and has been pushing for me to get me the Kindle. I simply refuse. I keep telling him no, it's frivolous and I love reading books, actual books. But this Kindle 2 is too freaking cool! Amazon is boasting that it's super slim (Look at the pic for how slim!). It's lightweight. It also has 3G wireless built in, which means you can download books super fast without searching around for Wi-Fi hot spots. It's got more storage (hello, over 1,500 books worth!) and has a longer battery life than the previous version. The version hubby was pushing on me! Yikes.. I think I might want it!! Am I becoming a gadget junkie like hubby?
