I wanted to share a super easy and healthy recipe with you.
Take a flat out wrap (lite original)
Layer it with spinach (I used frozen for this pic, nuked for 2 mins and squeezed out the excess water)
Sprinkled with low fat feta and a little Parmesan .... also a tiny bit of EVOO.
Set oven for 350. Spray a bake pan with Pam.
Assemble as pictured.
Bake for about 10 minutes and Enjoy!
