An Undecided Craft - Starfish Prints

So do you remember when I told you that I was going to do a few crafts for the Shore house redo? Well this is my 1st completed craft project and I am not quite sure how I feel about it. I look at it and think "it's kinda cool looking", But then I'll walk past them while they sit on the sit on the floor waiting to be brought to the shore and think "wow are they that lame"?
Verdict is out until I get them on the wall. What do you think?

Supplies:
2 old pictures that my MIL wasn't really loving
Burlap
Starfish
Hot glue

Before
During

and the After

I'm linking is on ASPTL's DIY day.

Well it looks a lot better! I am with Desiree - I think you should paint the frame. I think a darker color that complements that mat! :) Great job thought - how super easy!

Looks like a great transformation - I think the idea of painting them would look really great! The burlap is a fun addition and texture. Thanks for linking up to Be Inspired last week.
