Another reason for an apple a day!

We are an apple loving family. We are especially fond of Honeycrisps (available for just a few months), Fuji and Granny Smiths. I always make sure I have them on hand for a healthy snack. I knew they were high in fiber and just all around good for you, but I didn't know that apples help with all this too? Check it out. Apples help you breath better, help with weight loss and a healthier colon.
