She is on the cover of November issue of Shape magazine and man is she even more ripped than the last time she was on the cover (back in May). 38 years old (today), has a full-time job, 3 kids and she looks like this?Inspiring! Did I mention she is the wife to one of the hottest men in Hollywood, Mark Consuelos? oh I heart him!!
