all those seashells

With all the time we have been spending at the beach this summer, you would think we have seashells up the wazoo... sad to say, we don't. But I do plan to change that. When we head to the beach next weekend I will make sure to load up with gorgeous shells from the our NJ beach. Why? Because I want to do all of these crafty ideas! pics from country living, southern living, martha stewart

Just had to share

Ever try Flat out wraps? They are delicious.

I wanted to share a super easy and healthy recipe with you.

Take a flat out wrap (lite original)

Layer it with spinach (I used frozen for this pic, nuked for 2 mins and squeezed out the excess water)

Sprinkled with low fat feta and a little Parmesan .... also a tiny bit of EVOO.

Set oven for 350. Spray a bake pan with Pam.

Assemble as pictured.

Bake for about 10 minutes and Enjoy!

Fall Madness Must haves!

We are fastly approaching the end of August. While I am sad to see summer go, I am also excited for the Fall! September is the most perfect month of the year. It's also a great month for weddings (and I should know), spending more time outside (less humidity and BUGS) and of course, SHOPPING! Fall fashion is my favorite - sweaters, boots and coats - oh my! So I came up with my list for Fall things I must HAVE. This Fall I do have a goal. My goal is to buy less (and I am serious here), but buy better. I want to only purchasing things I absolutely love and know I'll wear for years. Will you be investing in anything this season?

Potato - Potahto

I am currently looking for a wire basket to store my potatoes. I know they should be out of the sunlight and in a cool dark place, but where's the fun in that?? Don't you just love the idea of storing fruits and veggies in wire baskets? I just heart pretty things.

Wow Monday already.. the weekends are just never long enough are they? Hope your weekend was great. Mine was filled with wine, shopping and Starbucks. Not too bad, if you ask me! I had such a hard time waking up this morning though. My bed just felt extra comfy. If I had one of these beds, I know I could have stayed in it all day. Don't you love gauzy romantic netting surrounding these beds?

Rocky Road Bars?

A New and IMPOVED mascara?

It’s no secret that my favorite drugstore mascara is CoverGirl LashBlast. Now, there’s a new version of LashBlast coming to town - LASHBLAST LENGTH MASCARA!! The mascara contains nylon for lashes that are "80 percent longer and won’t flake or break all day." I'll be ok if it's BETTER than my LashBlast, but what about my cute fat orange wand? sigh
