Happy Fat Tuesday!
Do you celebrate today by making something creole or flashing for beads? :) I participate in the cooking part ONLY. I do love me some Jambalaya, Gumbo, Etouffee, Dirty Rice.. The more Creole the better! I haven't quite decided what I am going to make tonight, I'm leaning towards the Shrimp Etouffee.

I am giving up my dearest, bestest, never let me down friend in the whole world for lent. Coca Cola Classic. It is going to be painful and hard. Oh yeah...that is the point!!
